AN USHER SERVES AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE CHURCH BY CREATING A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PEOPLE, MEMBERS, AND GUESTS.KUMBAGA, YOU ARE IN THE FRONTLINE, ENSURING THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF EVERYONE.THESE ARE JUST SOME OF YOUR TASKS AS PART OF THE USHER TEAM:- GREET PEOPLE AS THEY ARRIVE IN THE CHURCH.- YOU REPRESENT THE CHURCH BY KEEPING A SMILING FACE AT EVERY SERVICE.- ESCORTS INDIVIDUALS TO THEIR SEATS OR DIRECTS THEM TO EMPTY SEATS IN THE CHURCH.- HELPS THOSE WHO NEED SPECIAL SEATING OR ACCOMMODATIONS.- MAKES INTRODUCTIONS BETWEEN NEW VISITORS AND REGULAR CHURCH MEMBERS.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR- ENSURES AN APPROPRIATE PROGRAMME OR FRAMEWORK IS IN PLACE-PREPARES THE PROGRAMME FLOW- APPRAISE OPTIONS AND SUBMITS FOR APPROVAL- COORDINATES AND DIRECTS- CONFRIMS WITH PASTORAL TEAM ABOUT THE PROGRAM (ASSIGNED PEOPLE sa part sa program)- CONNECT WORKLOAD TO MINISTRY AND GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS- RECEIVES AND REVIEWS DETAILED REPORTS ON THE PROGRAMME OR PROJECT—do follow ups- ESTABLISHES A MECHANISM TO ENSURE REGULAR DIALOGUE WITH MEMBERS TO PROMOTE PROBLEM SOLVING, TEAM WORK, AND RISK SHARING

media TEAM
MEDIA MINISTRY TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS OF A CONGREGATION- To set up necessary microphones, monitors, and other sound system equipment that is needed in each service.- Prepares PPT, slides, videos, and graphics for Announcements, Praise and Worship, Giving, and Preaching (with points and verses)
Scriptwriters/Writers:- who creates drafts and details of the script based on concepts or ideas.- develops story elements to translate the creative vision into stories for production- works closely with the production teams to review and revise the script to fit potential audience appeal.- reviews the work to ensure it meets required editorial standards.
Graphic designers:- who Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design-Test graphics across various media- Amend designs after feedback- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
